Wanted to be able to give this item a five-star rating, but several issues prevent me from doing so.
One - there is a very strong smell to the refrigerator when you take it out of the box. Even though we left the door open for two days before plugging it in, the smell still lingers. Maybe, but not sure, it's from the wood shelving's off-gassing.
Two - even more seriously, the two temperature zones require that the lower zone be 5 degrees warmer than the top zone.(We even verified this with the shipper.) Unfortunately, the lower zone has built-in shelves that hold the larger bottles of champagne. What were they thinking??? This seems to be something that could be fixed fairly easily.
Three- it took a while to get here (2-3 weeks), even though the shipping was from San Diego, CA to Santa Barbara, CA, a drive of approx. 5 hours.
Also, my husband has a hand-held infrared temperature gauge, and the two zones, though set to the 5 degree difference, fluctuate between 9 degrees and 4 degrees difference.
On the plus side, it looks good, and the shelves stack the wine beautifully. We set the temperature for red wine, and have to refrigerate champagnes before serving.
Fit exactly under my counter slot which I have built specifically for this cooler. Hold great temps since I have received this 2 weeks ago. You have 2 options on the handle, in which you can choose from (they sent both in the box). It is also a clean and good looking wine cooler. I was very skeptical about this cooler after reading some reviews outside of Amazon but I am glad I chose this. This cooler is pretty heavy and it vents on the bottom front of the cooler.
I’ve had no real complaints with the fridge. The shipper worked with me on dates and times for delivery. The unit arrived without any damages and set up easily. I have not had any issues with it. I disagree with other reviewers that state it is noisy. Mine is level and thus the bottles do not touch nor rattle. It cycles on and off to maintain temperature and is slightly noisier (inside fan) than my Samsung appliances, but it is much quieter than the appliances many of us know from just 10+ years ago. Ignore the noise complaints of others on here.
My only frustration with the unit is that I drink a considerable amount of champagne and this does not accommodate most of the bottles. The top shelf can accommodate some, but not many (especially those in a wider design ala Ruinart). But otherwise it’s been great.
I've had it for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. The communication with the seller (Beverage & Factory) was clear and responsive. The delivery was made as promised. I wish they opened the box and brought back the palette and packing materials. I waited several hours before turning on the power as instructed. (I didn't wait 24hrs.) It looks and feels high quality. I think it's not too noisy, though it's in my garage, so I don't care about the noise. Everything seems to be working fine. Set the upper temperature to 64F and lower to 60F (I store red wines only). The temperature fluctuate 2-3F but not a big concern. It keeps all bottle at 60 - 64F and that's all I need. Some larger (>3-1/4" diameter) or tall neck bottles are difficult to fit. I don't think I can fit 56 bottles, more like 50 bottles. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase so far. Hope it will last many years but will see.
Looks great, only reason for 4 stars is the screws steip easy and no instructions on which one to use specifically so had to wait for a replacement handle to finish the job. Other than that works nicely

Love this cooler its the 4th cooler we have purchased and is by far the best in quality and functionality. The cooler did show up with some issues that the manufacture did resolve quickly and easily. The customer service provided by Kaylyn from The Beverage Factory was nothing short of spectacular thank you. I look forward to purchasing another one of these units as soon as my wine collection grows.
It is a well made, beautiful wine refrigerator. I like how it came with 2 handle options. Fits nicely under our counter. Great service with the quick shipping. Came packaged perfectly.
I have had this product for 18 months and it works wells. My biggest concern is whether it will maintain the dual-zone temperatures. I have the temps set at 48 and 60 and the refrigerator typically stays within plus/minus 3-4 degrees for each zone. The only reason why I do not give it 5 stars is that the magnetic strip on the door is relatively weak. Thus, I need to make sure it is closed (cannot rely on a gravity pull to securely "latch" the door).
We previously owned a fridge that housed 21 bottles and it crapped out. After much research, I went with this and really enjoy the dual zoned ability to hold more than twice the previous fridge. The temps are great and this model is fairly quiet. It’s not silent but doesn’t make enough noise to be noticeable without effort. We’ve owned it for a few months now and I am incredibly happy with my decision.
Good quality commercial grade wine cooler. Operates very quietly. High quality construction outside and inside with great shelves that are smooth functioning. Only downside is that that the door cannot be shut with just a touch, you have to make sure it is shut all the way by pressing it in. We had previously a cheap one that was louder and broke after 6 months.
